Our Team
Our small but expert core team is here to help members and to deliver our programmes. The team is supported by an executive group of serving grammar school heads which is elected by GSHA members in line with its constitution. The Chair serves for a period of two years having served as Vice-Chair for two years prior to taking on the role.

Vice-Chair
Tim Harris is GSHA Vice-Chair from 2024 to 2026. He is Headteacher of Colyton Grammar School
Dr Mark Fenton
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to becoming CEO in 2019 Mark worked as a senior leader in three grammar schools including as Head of Dr Challoner's Grammar School in Amersham for 15 years.
Jon Wood
Chair
Jon Wood is the Chair of GSHA from 2024 to 2026. He is the Headteacher of The Judd School in Tonbridge.
Annmarie McNaney
Treasurer
Annmarie McNaney is the Honorary Treasurer of GSHA. She is the Headteacher of Chesham Grammar School.
Nevita Pandya
Vice-Chair
Nevita is Vice-Chair of GSHA for 2025-6. She is the Headteacher of Townley Grammar School in Bexley.

Events Executive
Erica supports GSHA's programme of events for Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Governors/Trustees.
