Preparation for Headship

GSHA has now delivered five successful cohorts of this programme which aims to give senior leaders in grammar schools the ability to move on to headship successfully by exposing them to leadership practice from across the sector. The 2024 course is no longer open to applicants but a new cohort will be launched in Autumn 2024.
